(PhatzRadio / SN) — Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay loves Twitter. And when he posts Tweets regarding his team, you can usually take it to the bank.

Irsay wrote Sunday morning ‘We r close on#12′s deal,it’ll get done”. That means the team and No. 1 overall pick Andrew Luck could be closing in on a deal.

National Football Post reporter Brad Biggs wrote that the big parameters for the deal are in place. The former Stanford quarterback will get a $24 million contract for four years with $14.5 million guaranteed.

Then again, we have heard this before. On June 2nd, Irsay also said the two sides were close. Irsay wrote: “Talks with A Luck’s agent,Will Wilson(the brother of Andrew’s mother) have been productive. Team Counsel Dan Emerson n Will r getting close!”

The Colts will open training camp in three weeks.
